Since then, I’ve integrated Professor Lin’s New Year’s practices with Flying Star cures each year. While Flying Stars focus on compass directions and elemental energies, Professor Lin always emphasized honoring all schools of Feng Shui. This holistic perspective inspired me to create this offering—not only for myself but also to share with you. It’s my way of helping you navigate the shifting energies of the year ahead.

The method I’ve used for several years involves cleaning and relocating adjustments as I go. For example, if last year Sector 2 was in the southeast and this year it’s in the center, I’ll walk through the house, pick up the items I placed in each area, clean them, and move them to their new locations. I repeat this process for all the sectors, moving adjustments from one area to the next as needed.
Alternatively, I recently learned of another method where all the adjustments are gathered together first. They’re cleaned all at once and then placed in their new designated areas.
Both methods are effective, so it’s up to you to decide which one suits your style best!
